This is just a short entry to post this week’s Critical Mass, a radio show I co-host on KFMG. Normally I co-host with Chad Taylor, or more rarely with Brian Campos, but this week it was just me.
Luckily, I had two guests in the studio, Alllison Fegley of Hoyt Sherman Place and Finn Andersen, who talked a bit about proposed changes to the all-ages ordinance. Chad will be back in the studio next week, then Brian will be stepping in for six weeks while Chad is in Australia. Hopefully he can fill the Chad-shaped hole in our lives. And hopefully Australia doesn’t make that hole permanent. It is, after all, the Florida of continents.
Also, if you’re ever in Australia, visit one of these awesome sounding places and pretend it’s named after Batman, the superhero, not John Batman, who was described as “a rogue, thief, cheat and liar, a murderer of blacks and the vilest man I have ever known.”
Critical Mass airs at 1 p.m. Wednesdays on 99.1 KFMG. The station will be moving to a new frequency starting Nov. 1, 98.9 FM.
