Oh hey, I’m still a music writer, aren’t I? So let’s take a break from beer/Ava posts for the lineup announcement for the Aug. 4-5 festival at the Avenue of the Saints Amphitheater in St. Charles.

England’s alt-J and Ryan “Not Bryan” Adams will headline the festival, with a deep lineup of supporting acts: Gary Clark Jr., The Head and the Heart, Dwight Yoakam, Shakey Graves, Foxygen, Nikki Lane, JD McPherson, The Cactus Blossoms, Max Jury and Annalibera will all perform.

Tickets are $95 for a general admission two-day pass and go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 17 through Hinterland’s website.
